Job Title: Content Writer & Designer Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and talented Senior Copywriter/Content Strategist with Designing skills to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in creating compelling content and designing engaging user interfaces. This role requires a unique blend of writing and design skills to develop and execute our content strategy, ensuring our web presence and product descriptions are informative, persuasive, and on-brand. Appealing and highly functional. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our digital content is consistent, user-focused, and aligned with our brand strategy. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute content strategies for various digital platforms, including websites, social media, and email campaigns. Write, edit, and proofread high-quality content that meets brand guidelines and business objectives. Create high-quality, informative, and engaging content across various formats, including blog posts, website copy, social media content, email marketing campaigns, and more. Design visually appealing and user-friendly web pages, graphics, and other digital assets. Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to create a cohesive and engaging user experience. Conduct user research and usability testing to inform content and design decisions. Ensure all content adheres to SEO best practices and accessibility standards. Mentor and provide guidance to junior content designers and copywriters. Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in content design. Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. 8-10 years of experience in content creation, copywriting, and web design. Proven track record of producing high-quality content related to banking, finance, investment, and other financial services. Familiarity with SEO best practices and keyword research tools. Strong understanding of financial products, services, regulations, and terminology. Experience in creating and editing content that adheres to accessibility standards, including WCAG 2.1 or 2.2, ADA, and Section 508. Extremely detail orientation with the ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize tasks Excellent communication skills with an ability to communicate effectively with senior-level decision-makers (visually, written, and verbally) Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD) and Figma. Ability to conduct accessibility audits and provide recommendations for improvement. Understanding of inclusive design principles and practices. Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles. Excellent writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail. Proven ability to create content that is both visually appealing and optimized for search engines. Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Skills: Experience with content management systems (CMS). Experience in creating technical documentation and instructional material. Skills in creating multimedia content, including video scripts, podcasts, and infographics. Knowledge of JavaScript and other web development frameworks. Familiarity with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics. Experience in UX/UI design and user-centered design methodologies.
