About the Role:Neurocrine is seeking a talented Sr. Payer Marketing Manager to drive the market access strategies for our innovative products. You will play a pivotal role in developing branded and unbranded materials and programs, with a primary focus on payer customers. Materials may include program development for use in Payers, PBM's State Medicaid and other entities focused on population health. You may also be responsible for developing pull-through programs for payer coverage and materials that support our growing Field Sales and Patient Access Teams.

Your Contributions (include, but are not limited to):

You will provide respective field team support and training -- National Account Directors (NAD) or Regional Patient Access Managers (RPAM). Serves as the internal advocate for field leadership and the NAD/RPAM field team. Develops and executes Plan of Action (POA) materials. Coordinate with HEOR (Health Economics, Outcomes Research) to develop value story and messaging along with, FDAMA114 tools and disease state burden of disease messaging. Work with Executive Director, Regional Patient Access Team to development supporting materials for use in institutional setting. This role will be crucial in developing a compelling value story and messaging to support our products in the institutional setting.

As our ideal candidate, you will bring at least 8 years of pharmaceutical/healthcare marketing experience, with a focus on sales results in pharmaceutical marketing or regional/national accounts. Your ability to anticipate business and industry issues, alongside your strong leadership and mentoring skills, will set you apart as a key contributor to our team. Additionally, your expertise in managed market customers and superior training and education skills will be invaluable in this dynamic role.

The annual base salary we reasonably expect to pay is $151,800.00-$220,050.00. Individual pay decisions depend on various factors, such as primary work location, complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. In addition, this position offers an annual bonus with a target of 30% of the earned base salary and eligibility to participate in our equity based long term incentive program. Benefits offered include a retirement savings plan (with company match), paid vacation, holiday and personal days, paid caregiver/parental and medical leave, and health benefits to include medical, prescription drug, dental and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans.
