Description

Responsible for helping to develop, execute, and track marketing projects for the Bank to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement. Individual should also be capable and savvy to operate the social media engagement side for the business. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing, an eye for detail, and a creative approach to problem solving.

Responsibilities:Helping to develop and implement marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagementCollaborates with partners on our marketing team to develop and implement initiatives to drive profitable growthAssists in creating a social media engagement plan across various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Linkedln, etc.) to improve experiences for both customers and prospects.Manages the Bank's social media content calendar and schedule posts accordingly.Research, write and edit social media optimized posts that provide exceptional content and experience for our various audiences.Responds to social media-generated inquiries or comments and directs them to appropriate teams/departments across the company for support.Uses social monitoring tools to gauge audience reaction to posts. Adjusts posts (imagery and messaging) to align with audience expectations while focusing on community management and the removal of all content deemed offensive.Measures campaign performance and communicates results to management.Assists with promotional activities, including organizing/attending customer and community events.Collaborates with colleagues in various departments and office locations on projects and promotions.Responding to any messages or inquiries in a timely mannerMonitor and analyze the effectiveness of campaigns using analyticsAssists with writing and editing content for marketing materials and campaignsManage multiple marketing projects and campaigns simultaneouslyCollaborate with the Marketing Director to generate new ideas for campaignsCoordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure the success of campaignsMaintain an up-to-date understanding of marketing trends and best practicesEnsure all materials adhere to brand standards and guidelinesDevelop relationships with vendors and suppliers.Track and report on campaign performance.Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related fieldProven experience as a Social Media Coordinator or similar roleStrong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiencesA minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a marketing roleExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to write clearly and conciselyDemonstrated success in managing and executing integrated marketing campaignsExperience in using analytics to track and measure campaign resultsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamSelf-motivated, organized, and solution-focusedCreative thinker with a passion for social media marketingProficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and other marketing technology
