This is your chance to join our team - help us to design the transportation and infrastructure that improves the world!We are currently seeking a highly motivated Marketing/Proposal Assistant to join our Water/Wastewater Engineering team in our Baltimore, MD office.

This is an onsite position in our Baltimore, MD office

Responsibilities:

This person will work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment, under the direction of the Marketing Coordinator, to support the development and production of proposals, presentations, and contract administration for awarded projects. Must be well organized, detail oriented, high energy and responsive with excellent writing/proofreading and graphic/page layout skills.

Requirements:Bachelor’s degree required0-3 years of relevant professional experience requiredProficient in business and technical writing and editingBackground in writing/proofreading requiredExperience in the A/E/C and/or Environmental industry preferredPossess a strong and clear professional communication styleExcellent Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook skillsProficient in desktop publishing software (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) preferredExcellent communication skills (verbal and written communications)Excellent multi-tasking skillsAbility to work in a high volume production environmentAbility to work well as part of a team, handle multiple tasks, and identify and swiftly solve problemsAbility to meet tight deadlinesEffective time management skillsBenefits:
