At Workato, we're pioneering the future of work and democratizing enterprise automation. We're looking for talented and experienced designers to help turn our vision to reality. You'll join a global product team working across the United States, Europe, Singapore and India. You'll own design throughout the product development lifecycle and work on a range of projects, from designing industry-disrupting 0-1 features to making improvements to our existing features based on user feedback.

The product design team is a team of passionate UX designers, digital designers, content designers and researchers with a big voice in Workato's most strategic, important initiatives. If you love working on complex problems, have experience working in cross-functional teams towards the simplest design solution, and are passionate about solving complex problems and working with great people, you'll fit right in!

In this role, you will also be responsible to:

Create designs for a variety of branded marketing and internal content including presentation decks, one-sheets, as well as digital marketing campaignsDesign illustrations and gifs for our blog and docs websitesManage end-to-end

video production, including video editing and animationAssist lead designers with creating visual assets for the product (gifs, icons, illustrations, banners etc.)Assist UX team with up-leveling the visual design of Workato's user interfaceCollaborate with other designers to provide feedback on their work and help each other grow.Ideate and problem-solve large/small initiatives with your design lead and fellow designersKeep up with industry best practices and share new creative ideas with the teamUtilize collaborative communication tools like Slack, Figma, Jira, Adobe Suite, and others to work closely with team members across projects and time zonesRequirementsQualifications / Experience / Technical SkillsHave experience creating a wide range of

graphics and videos

for corporate purposesProficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, Figma and Google SlidesYou can admit when you don't have an answer, but take the initiative to learn.Ability to grasp multiple design requirements with careful attention to detailPortfolio requirements:

For California applicants, the pay for this role begins at $95,000 plus benefits, perks, and equity.
