Digital Marketing Coordinator

The Digital Marketing Coordinator at Fleet Response develops video and digital content to support the company's marketing initiatives, and reports to the Public Relations and Marketing Manager.
Objectives of this Role
Assist in the development and implementation of the company's brand strategy and employee engagement efforts.Ensure all marketing efforts serve to achieve immediate and long-term business goals, identifying and executing improvements for processes, content, lead generation, employee satisfaction.Further knowledge and education regularly through workshops, research, and seminars, and share best practices, and local marketing ideas.Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
Develops video and digital content in support of the marketing initiatives for Fleet Response, including specific departments, and company products. This includes employee spotlight videos, industry expert videos, client videos, etc.Develop and produce internal articles about our employees, headquarters, local community, etc.Prepare monthly employee marketing activity including the Employee of the Month Write-Up and Monthly Work Anniversary Video.Contribute to the unit's overall marketing strategy by developing video and digital content using emerging technologies, platforms, and techniques.Produce and edit videos and photography for websites, social and electronic communications in a high-quality manner that is consistent with the company's image and brand.Create, develop, or secure all assets related to video production, including music, voiceover, visual graphics, etc.Design graphical elements and prepare images for company website, print and social media.Assist in oversight of company social media sites (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube), work to create ongoing calendar for posts, and post content.Interact with users and respond to social media messages, inquiries, and comments.Assist with employee and client Fleet Response events (as needed).Manage website content for Fleet Response, includes posting of articles/blogs/videos.Keep track of yearly activities to update on website as well as updating timeline wall at end of every year.Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree.One year of video production experience.Proficient in Adobe Premiere, After-Effects, and Photoshop Video editing, producing, directing. *Written, verbal and interpersonal communication.Work effectively in a collaborative environment.Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.Be self-directed and self-motivated.Moderate work - Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently to move objects.Incumbent must be able to communicate with others.
