Electro is looking for an experienced KCM Senior Campaign Manager eager to help shape the future of known consumer, addressable marketing at Clorox. This person will help lead and scale a data driven communication program, using known consumer data, to produce campaigns that deliver highly relevant messages. The candidate will have hands-on experience with enterprise level email service providers, and has a basic understanding of customer retention strategies and campaign performance KPIs. This person will seek to understand business requirements and solutions effectively to bring campaigns to life by having a hand in both the operations and campaign management of our CRM programs. The individual will have a test and learn mindset that will help drive ongoing optimization of KCM campaigns.

In this role, you will:

Operationalize the pre-defined CRM strategy, personalization, testing plans to build CRM campaigns that drive long term consumer relationships

Data & Audience Strategy

Have a data driven mindset Using brand strategies as an input, partner with our brand and media teams to determine how best our 1st party data can support

Determine data strategies to identify the important data points we should collect and use

Determine the best way to collect these important data points via zero party data collection and/or 3rd party data appends

Be comfortable doing data exploration and audience sizing exercises and bring ideas and insights back to our partners

Owned Channel Strategy

Work with our brand partners to develop the strategy and roles that our websites, email, loyalty programs, and SMS should play in their overall marketing plan

Campaign Development

Partner with our brand teams in the email briefing process to understand short and long-term goals to effectively engage and retain email database while reactivating lapsed consumers

Support our business partners by providing ownership in creating frameworks, processes, and workflows to identify opportunities to test and learn new CRM programs as well as optimize ongoing ones

Through the briefing process, be comfortable providing recommendations and sharing insights on how to best leverage the capability of our enterprise ESP tools

Set and manage best practices around segmentation, welcome and win-back series, triggers, and testing framework

Maintain the email calendar to support both planned and ad-hoc email campaigns and programs

Partner with our website content teams to ensure a seamless experience when emails are driving consumers to relevant website content

Operations & Deployment

Partner closely with key stakeholders to review copy and creative and move campaigns through development/execution

Assist Data Operations and technical leads on integration requirements to pipe in data into known consumer database in order to activate targeted and personalized campaigns

Ensure emails flawlessly follow corporate policies and industry best practices such as privacy and first party data governance

Learn the data fields within our ESP and how Clorox brands use them for the purpose of audience building

Measurement & Reporting

Partner with our Advanced Analytics team to connect email deployment with our CRM measurement dashboards

Help the organization understand the economic value of 1st party consumers, email clicks and opens, and the value of using that data in our media plans

Report on performance metrics of email campaigns and set up test plans

What we look for:

Bachelor’s degree or comparable work experience in a CRM strategy environment.

5+ years in an email marketing role for a scaled CRM program (CPG is a plus)

Working in a CRM environment supporting multiple brands is a plus

Self-starter, reliable team player with strong initiative and the ability to thrive in high-intensity, rapidly changing environment

Experience working within data privacy regulations such as CCPA

Proven ability to juggle and prioritize multiple email projects at various stages

Strong interpersonal, written and oral communications skills

Analytical thinking shown to drive metrics and benchmarks to ensure continuous improvement in process and results (the ability to both think strategically and act tactically)

Proficiency onAcoustic ESP and LyticsCDP platforms is required. Awareness of Braze, Attentive, and Figma platforms is nice to have

Experience managing projects through JIRA is nice to have

Based on the breadth of our ranges, most new hires will start at Clorox in the first half of the applicable range. Your starting pay will depend on job-related factors, including relevant skills, knowledge, experience and location. The applicable salary range for every role in the U.S. is based on your work location and is aligned to one of three zones according to the cost of labor in your area.

–Zone A: $104,100 - $199,100

–Zone B: $95,500 - $183,300

–Zone C: $86,800 - $166,600

This job is also eligible for participation in Clorox’s incentive plans, subject to the terms of the applicable plan documents and policies.
