Position Details

Annual Salary Range: $135,000 - $145,000

Full-Time, Exempt

Fully onsite position in Hayward, CA

Essential Job Responsibilities

Provide clear direction, set goals, and ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and projects.

Develop, maintain, and optimize the inquiry-to-new enrollment conversion process.

Develop and maintain new enrollment goals and budget for the Division.

Collaborate with Marketing partners to optimize marketing strategy and new lead performance.

Collaborate with the campus leadership team on the overall enrollment growth goals that include both new enrollment and student retention.

Design and executive an integrated marketing strategy, including digital marketing strategy.

Utilize data analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing and admissions initiatives and inform future decisions.

Provide leadership and direction to admissions teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, while promoting professional growth and development.

Manage with defined roles, KPIs, and accountability.

Build and ensure compliance with processes and systems.

Cultivate a transparent, data-informed culture focused on results.

Produce title annual enrollment plan and execute the plan to achieve or exceed annual inquiry, conversion, and matriculation target.

Work closely with the EVP and President to ensure collaboration and coordination of enrollment activities with college projects and activities.

Participate in college committees and stakeholder groups, bringing enrollment perspective to all college activities.

Manage admission operations including prospective student tracking and communications, matriculation and admissions process, international students, SEVIS compliance.

Manage college open house days and prospective student campus tours including, Discovery Weekends and other prospective student events.

Collaborate

with

the marketing department to provide robust enrollment marketing including quarterly digital campaigns, social media campaigns, content, and tracking of all enrollment marketing.

Provide reporting and data presentations including dashboards, tracking of targets, and other reporting to enrollment team members, stakeholders, Cabinet, EVP, and President.

Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including faculty, staff, alumni, and community partners.

Represent the organization at key events, conferences, and meetings to promote the college’s programs.

Prepare and present regular reports to senior leadership on key performance indicators and outcomes.

Qualifications

Experience working in a higher education environment.

Demonstrable experience in designing and executing integrated marketing plans and successful marketing strategies, including digital marketing campaigns and database analysis

Advanced or terminal degree in business, marketing, communications or related field.

Demonstrated ability utilizing data analysis to make data driven decisions.

Experience managing staff, establishing performance goals and reviews, and overseeing external marketing contractors.

Excellent skills in organization, oral and written communication, analytical and problem solving, leadership and team building

Ability to lead change management

Ability to analyze and resolve conflicts in routine, as well as crisis situations.
