You will play a key role in championing audience data management practices and drive adoption while delivering on best-in-class targeting and audience management strategy. Your main responsibilities includeYou will work closely with internal marketing teams, agency teams, and vendors to design our approach to reach the right audiences.You will work cross-functionally to drive our audience strategy, backed with an understanding of audience planning, technical requirements, and a creative execution lensDemonstrate an intimate, and strategic, understanding of how customers and prospects interact with channels and technology, while championing across internal agency teamsAssist in developing an overall audience framework for all campaigns, factoring in historical performance and opportunity areas for the businessDevelop a deep understanding of both observable customer behavior within the 1st party audience database and customer behavior of unknown audience targets Qualifications.Support media and omni channel teams by identifying and developing appropriate audiences for campaigns, aligning to the overall frameworkPartner with internal marketing teams to understand priority audiences for individual campaignsTranslate Audience planning targets to media activation targets, including sizing, saturation, and budget allocationDetermine use cases for internal audience models and test into activationWork with analytics and measurement teams to develop audience insights and uncover opportunistic audience segmentsDevelop best practices and communicate audience capabilities to internal teamsQualificationsThis role is designed to elevate strategy and innovation across the business – must be highly-collaborative, big idea-minded and relentlessly curiousProven track record in developing strategies to engage and grow audiences6-8 years working in digital media and translating audience data sets and segmentation into targetable strategiesExperience with multi-channel digital media campaign strategy and activationExperience working within DMPs, DSPs, and data onboarding toolsStrong understanding of media targeting datasets and use cases.You must also be adept in using marketing analytics and have experience working with marketing automation toolsExcellent storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex digital concepts and distill them to their core ideas, themes, insights, and recommendationsExperience building personas and buying committees.Deep understanding of contact data management.High sense of ownership, drive, agenda settingProven success working across internal and external teams in a dynamic team environmentStrong team player with a can-do attitude and an ability to simplify as well as go into detail when necessaryYou are adept at balancing long-term vision with short-term executionPeople Management and Collaboration: You are an experienced people manager with 7+ years of experienceBring out your bestSAP innovations help more than four hundred thousand customers worldwide work together more efficiently and use business insight more effectively. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 141,800 - 323,900 USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
