Key job responsibilities· Lead the end-to-end UX Design· Collaborate effectively with peers and cross disciplinary partners· Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, voice of the customer, user journeys, customer feedback, and usability findings.· Quickly and iteratively create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, high fidelity mockups and detailed UI and visual design specifications to Product and Engineering teams, as well as business stakeholders and executive leadership.· Incorporate customer feedback, technical constraints, and usability findings into design.· Develop and maintain detailed information architecture and design specifications.· Be resourceful and creative to overcome obstacles and turn challenges into opportunities.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $106,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $184,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
