The Marketing Manager is a collaborative, mission-focused, and results-driven brand ambassador. This position is responsible for executing the organization’s marketing and communications strategy. Key objectives of the position: Increase brand awareness and turning that awareness into calls for action, and generate leads though through all marketing methods that are part of the marketing strategy.

Ensure consistent Fearing’s brand standards in all aspects of the organization

Manage social, digital and traditional media

Track, measure and report analytics

Develop collateral material, e-newsletters, blog articles, event materials, video, and presentations

Interview customers for the purpose of obtaining testimonials and then using them in our marketing efforts

Maintain the organization’s website to keep it fresh and engaging

Generate media alerts and press releases and maintain relationships with media partners

Maintain and adhere to annual marketing budget

Maintain files and archives of collateral, marketing materials, photos and videos of Fearing’s projects and events

Collaborate with the sales team to plan, promote, and support networking events

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

The Ideal Candidate will possess:

• Four to six years of related experience in marketing and strategic communications.

• Skilled at SEO and SEM implementation and maintenance, especially Google AdWords’ campaigns and maximizing organic search awareness of Fearing’s and its services.

• 1 year experience in adapting AI into the marketing to maximize effectiveness.

• One year of experience using WordPress for creating, updating, and maintaining websites on its platform.

• Two years of experience with managing ad campaigns and organic posts on Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and Twitter.

• Experience/understanding of the following or similar programs: Adobe, and Mailchimp.

• The necessary skills to create inhouse videos for marketing campaigns and training videos.

• Self-starter, able to perform and complete tasks independently. Be willing to learn new skills and motivated for continual improvement.

• Excellent writing skills, with experience creating materials such as annual reports, brochures, e-newsletters and appeals. Graphic design experience preferred.

• Excellent oral communication skills in one-on-one, small group and large group settings.

• Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple projects, meet frequent and/or demanding deadlines and be self-disciplined about work prioritization and time management.

• Demonstrate creative thinking skills.

• Associate degree in marketing at a minimum is required.
