In two delicious bites, Sourse is reinventing the vitamin industry and rebranding it to something better suited to a new generation of health and beauty devotees. Our founding team hails from the CPG, entertainment, and technology industries and our investors include established VCs and executives from leading CPG companies.
Overview:
Sourse is seeking Field Marketing Associates that are based in the Los Angeles area to join our Marketing team! The Field Marketing team will be responsible for growing brand awareness through grassroots marketing, sampling and demos with our retail partners including Sephora. The successful candidate will have field marketing experience, a can-do approach to customer service and sales, and be driven to achieve their goals!
This is a part-time
, contract employee role. Hours will be determined at time of hire for the specific store, and may be subject to change based on business needs. Estimated 10-15 hours per week.
Responsibilities:
Engaging new and existing consumers in a fun and meaningful way
Learning benefits and brand, educate consumers and answer questions during interactions
Determine customer needs and assist in finding appropriate Sourse products
Encouraging consumers to purchase product at local retailers and develop brand loyalty
Report how sampling/demos go, sharing photos, feedback and sales
Display client-centric selling skills with a drive for results with integrity
Ideal Attributes:
Outgoing personality and positive attitude
Passionate about wellness and beauty
Reliable, dependable, and punctual
Demonstrated ability to multi-task in a fast-paced retail environment
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including occasional nights and weekends
Physical Environment: Must be able to work on the sales floor for extended periods
Must have reliable transportation / Driver's License
Clear verbal & written communication skills
Track record of achieving sales-per-hour (SPH) daily goals
