Job Summary

The

Senior Marketing Manager, Professional Alliances and Education

is a pivotal role designed to strengthen NPHS engagement with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and theranostics provider facilities. This role will manage and expand on our physician peer-to-peer program for Lymphoseek® and develop new HCP programs in key areas of focus for Nuclear & Precision Health Solutions.

Responsibilities

KOL Engagement:

Cultivate and expand relationships with KOLs to foster advocacy and support for NPHS products and services. This includes identifying new KOLs, organizing advocacy boards, and facilitating peer-to-peer educational programs.

Strategic Collaboration:

Work closely with the marketing team to align business objectives with KOL and HCP needs, developing compelling educational content.

Live and Virtual Event Management:

Support product managers in strategizing and executing key medical congresses and meetings for education, advocacy, and marketing.

Operational Excellence:

Ensure efficient delivery of, and manage workstreams for, speaker programs, fee-for-service contracting, and sponsorship coordination. Identify and implement opportunities for innovation and improvement in current processes.

Program Oversight:

Oversee the Lymphoseek Peer-to-Peer program, ensuring its growth and success. Develop and implement similar programs for other products and services in the rapidly growing area of theranostics.

Project Management:

Manage timelines, budgets, administrative tasks, and external agencies to ensure optimal execution of plans.

Qualifications

Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in a clinical setting or pharmaceutical sales. Nuclear medicine, diagnostic imaging, or oncology experience highly preferred.

Existing relationships in nuclear medicine, diagnostic imaging, or oncology highly preferred.

Additional business experience required.

Experience educating clinicians preferred.

People management experience preferred.

Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Anticipated pay range:

$102,000-$145,700
