The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, a passion for creating visually appealing content on our products, and a knack for problem solving. The successful candidate will be able to take direction from senior team members and create unique designs that meet the needs of our clients and our in-house lines. Responsibilities:

Create technical sketches, mockups, and finals for production ready artwork for overseas and domestic factories.

Create logos, graphic images, PowerPoint presentations, and design templates for digital media; coloring with CMYK and pantone color system.

Participate actively in brainstorming sessions with graphic team, merchandising, and/or product development teams.

Work with the product development team by illustrating trims, hang tags, and other details needed for final tech pack.

Collaborate with the graphics, sales, product development, and marketing teams to ensure the successful completion of projects.

Follow best practices with design and creative team.

Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Communications, or related discipline required.

Minimum 2 years graphic design experience.

Experience and knowledge using Adobe Creative Suite and Mac OS and Microsoft Office.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Attention to detail and accuracy.

Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to meet project deadlines.

A positive and proactive attitude.

Knowledge using Constant Contact, Shopify, Smartsheet, Wetransfer, SharePoint, and AS400 are a plus.

Earthwise California salary range: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour based on experience, education, and geographic location.
