The position will be a key member who will help manage the brand strategy and communications for CNS indications. In addition, this person will work on the go-to-market strategy for brain metastases in NSCLC including the global messaging, positioning and promotional campaign in collaboration with the regional and local markets. The Senior Product Manager, Global Marketing will work closely with the Regional and Country Marketing Teams, Global Medical Affairs, Clinical Development and Regulatory.This is a full-time, exempt position based in Chesterbrook, PA reporting to the Director, Global Marketing CNS Cancers.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Helps lead the Global CNS strategy team (CNS forum) for the GBM indication to align the strategy and communications with Regional Marketing and Patient Experience teamsSupports onboarding of new countries for launch in GBMEnsures consistency in GBM branding and communications across regional and local marketsSupports the Director, Global Marketing CNS in preparation for launch in brain metastases for NSCLCHelps develop go to market strategy for brain metastases in NSCLC in collaboration with Director Global Marketing, Medical Affairs & regional and local marketsDevelops messaging and launch campaignCollaborates with regional and local markets to share best practicesParticipates in business and strategic planning for current and future indications with regional marketing teams and cross-functional partnersApplies creativity, innovation, and out-of-the-box thinking in addressing opportunities and solving business and marketplace issuesQUALIFICATIONS/KNOWLEDGE:Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience) required, MBA or advanced scientific degree desirableKnowledge:Minimum of 5 years’ experience with in-line product marketing or global marketing with focus in the oncology therapeutic area preferredProven ability to build and maintain partnerships with key opinion leadersAbility to work independently and in a collaborative team environmentWillingness to take on multiple tasks simultaneously and perform at high levelsUnderstanding of the activities, regulations, and processes required for successful product marketing in the healthcare industryExcellent written and verbal communication skills.
