Amazon is seeking a talented, creative, and dynamic Senior Product Marketing Manager, with a proven track record delivering high impact marketing initiatives to join the Grocery Partnerships team. Our team enables Amazon customers to shop the selection from grocery stores on Amazon.com and receive their order via same-day delivery. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in an innovative and exciting business at Amazon, still in its early stages. The Senior Product Marketing Manager will lead strategic marketing initiatives which will drive awareness, consideration, and adoption of third-party grocery merchants on Amazon. You will be part of a high-functioning, fast-moving team responsible for delivering on strategic goals with direct impact for our customers.

Key job responsibilitiesThe primary responsibility of this role will be to conceive, propose and execute marketing strategies and concepts for Grocery partners on Amazon. This individual will guide those projects from successful briefing to completion in collaboration with Marketing Managers, Account Managers, and merchant partners. In this role you must be comfortable working both at the strategic level and diving deep into implementation (including managing campaigns, writing business/marketing requirements and analyzing data). You will show hustle, take ownership and help foster a high-energy, high-performance culture. The right person for this role will have online marketing experience in grocery, CPG or launch marketing. They will launch high impact programs, make data-driven decisions, and be an expert in influencing others. They should have a solid understanding of customer dynamics and segmentation, experience in conceptualizing and executing on digital marketing programs. They must be able to work at the strategic level (generating bold and innovative ideas for growth) while addressing potential business challenges, diving deep and digging up insights. Flexibility, organizational skills and the ability to prioritize in a changing business environment will also be key. Our team culture is goal-oriented, collaborative and driven to achieve results. A day in the life- Own and drive the marketing inputs for delivering on customer acquisition, customer journey and experience as well as sales goals for Third-Party Merchants on Amazon- Support launch, expansion, and evergreen marketing programs for merchants through owned & operated and paid channel marketing, owning relationship with internal teams and external teams (agency) to execute- Build best-in-class shopping experiences for our customers and merchant partners on Amazon (including storefront merchandising, promotion execution, and event ownership)- Work with the internal teams to deliver innovative relevant and data driven demand driving initiatives.- Understand, interpret and build on the learning from all of our methods and systems for measuring and monitoring marketing effectiveness, sales and orders, channel performance, and awareness.- Create and present high-quality documents to senior leadership both inside and outside the company- Collect, document and act on offline customer feedback leading to superior customer experience- Run A/B Experiments to learn and drive the Customer Experience and Sales goals

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs- Experience leading go-to-market for consumer software or hardware product launches

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience using any of SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis- Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $128,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
