At Ubisoft, we offer an open environment where bright ideas are given a chance to shine and everyone is eager to share knowledge.The Global Creator Campaigns Contractor is responsible for supporting the Global Content Campaign Managers with strategic execution and programs with content creators to attract and connect with our audiences, support our players’ diverse interests, and sustain their engagement with Ubisoft games. This role works cross-functionally across the organization to create best-in-class programs and experiences for our creators and their fans.WHAT YOU'LL DOCollaboration and CommunicationWork directly with Creator Global Campaign Manager leads to support and produce innovative and impactful programs.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to develop and promote monetization offerings, ensuring alignment and maximizing revenue opportunities.Brief International Creator Hub managers to develop strategies, plans, and programs that engage with diverse creators' ecosystems.Operations ManagementAssist in the coordination and execution of seasonal events for Live Games such as Rainbow Six Siege and XDefiant.Develop and execute ongoing activities for creators utilizing the Ubisoft Creators Program, driving engagement and aligning with strategic brand objectives.Plan and execute recurring creator activations for seasonal live game events, including livestream opportunities and creator rewards programs.Insights & ReportingPartner with the Data & Insights Team to define realistic goals and set targets to help measure and demonstrate ROI of creator programs and initiatives.Track and monitor performance to allow us to be agile, apply learnings as we go, and shift strategies if necessary.Prepare and analyze reports to track performance, identify trends, and inform decision-making processes.Develop systematic postmortems and research studies to educate and inform key stakeholders.WHAT YOU'LL BRINGYou have a record of building, presenting, and executing successful creator campaigns.You have demonstrated achievements in a fast-paced, international work environment.Passion for working with Content Creators at local or global levels.Exceptional organizational skills with a project manager mindset.Ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external partners/agencies.A willingness to work both autonomously and as a team.A creative mindset.Curiosity about video, streaming, social media, and player culture.Strong written and verbal communication.Experience and interest in working with data to make informed decisions.A commitment to building positive relationships with our players and creator community.CompensationThe San Francisco base compensation for this initial six-month contract is $25 - $28.00/hr and will require two days a week on-site with Tuesdays mandatory.All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.At Ubisoft, you can come as you are.
