Job Duties and Responsibilities

Dish Wireless is seeking a Marketing Lead to join the Customer Communications and Owned Channel Marketing team. You will enhance customer value and retention by implementing strategic initiatives throughout the customer lifecycle. Your role will involve developing impactful customer communications to boost engagement, drive sales, and foster retention. Key responsibilities include managing creative development for email and SMS campaigns, developing testing strategies for customer engagement, and driving messaging strategies for former customers. Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will:

Develop engaging email and SMS campaigns to support customer loyalty and business objectives

Serve as a subject matter expert for formers and winback communications

Manage creative development of different campaigns for the team, briefing creative teams on needs, providing and seeking feedback, and shepherding campaigns from inception to deployment

Spearhead developing creative tests seeking continuous improvement to customer engagement

Collaborate within Retail Wireless Marketing team and across multiple teams including Creative, Web, and Sales to develop campaigns

Act with sense of urgency to ensure that campaigns are developed and executed accurately and on schedule

Skills, Experience and Requirements

As a successful Marketing Lead, you will have:

Education and Experience:

A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in marketing and bachelor’s degree required

Skills and Qualifications:

Passion for the customer.

Prior experience in customer retention/loyalty preferred.

Experience designing email and SMS campaigns is a plus.

Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, creativity, and communication skills.

Ability to prioritize, work under pressure, and adapt to a rapidly changing environment.

Figma experience preferred.

Salary Ranges

Compensation: $72,350.00/Year - $103,400.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location. Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
