Onsemi is looking for an energetic Product Marketing Head to define and drive strategic initiatives intended to make onsemi a leading player in the GaN, particularly in the Cloud Power and Automotive market.
Responsibilities
Define and lead onsemi GaN Strategy across organizations and beyond the switch itself.Evaluate M&A opportunities.Direct customer engagement to collect future needs, trends, pain points, requirements, and conditions of use.Define products and technology roadmaps (packaging included) that provide differentiation and value creation to shareholders and customers.Collaborate with application engineers to translate those needs and trends into new product specifications while defining their value propositionCollaborate with internal and external partners to create an ecosystem that accelerates market penetration.Support GaN narrative in promotion activities. Provide content.Support creating a world class team of talented individuals that can define, develop and design in GaN products.Support successful new product launches (disti inventory stocking, registrations, marketing collateral, website update, online promotion, etc)Analyze new products profitability (Full PnL), strategic fit and pitch business case request to stakeholders. Own New Products business cases with accountability for their ROI.Champion internal product development and drive design in activities with lead customers
Qualifications
BSEE, MSEE is preferred10+ years of experience in power semiconductors, particularly GaN technologies and productsExperience defining products, roadmaps and promotion.
