As the

Director of International Marketing

at HexClad, you will support in building strategies with regional heads, serving as an effective liaison between all regions and the US. Collaborating closely with the brand and e-commerce teams, you will play a pivotal role in establishing HexClad's presence in new markets and maximizing international reach.

Strategic Planning:

Support strategic planning efforts in conjunction with the region head and subsequently guide implementation aligned with business objectives, working closely with brand and e-commerce teams.

Calendar Development:

Develop and own Marketing Activity calendar for the global regions in conjunction with US Marketing team.

Brief Creation:

Help develop creative briefs and guide creative direction for any activities and assets needed for the global markets.

Point of Contact:

Provide support of events as a key marketing point of contact.

Market Research:

Conduct appropriate market research to understand consumer behavior, cultural nuances, and competition in target international markets.

Brand Positioning:

Ensure consistent and effective brand positioning across various international markets, helping guide messaging to resonate with diverse audiences.

Campaign Development:

Work with regional agencies to conceptualize marketing campaigns that encompass both brand building and e-commerce initiatives tailored to each international market.

Digital Marketing:

Collaborate with the digital marketing team to execute online strategies, including social media, SEO, and paid advertising, tailored for international audiences.

E-commerce Optimization:

Liaise with global E-Commerce leads to source content from local influencers and leverage appropriately across the mix.

Partnership Management:

Act as day-to-day contact for global geographies based agencies (PR, social, etc.) for execution of activities including Press activities, events, partnerships, organic social calendar. When appropriate, identify and recommend strategic partnerships, collaborations, and sponsorships that enhance HexClad's visibility and credibility in international markets.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and customer service, to ensure a cohesive international marketing strategy.

Performance Analysis:

Implement analytics and reporting systems to assess the performance of international marketing initiatives, providing insights for continuous improvement.

Compliance:

Work with Region Head to ensure marketing strategies comply with local regulations, cultural sensitivities, and industry standards in each international market.

Requirements

Minimum 3+ years Brand Marketing in an eCommerce environment

Content management experience including working knowledge of content management tools (AIR, Monday)

Solid understanding of brand communication, content marketing, event execution and the ability to generate, analyze, and interpret data.

Strong insight/appreciation for branding and brand guidelines.

Strong analytical capabilities: ability to dig into the details and then generate strategic insights.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to high-quality, accurate work.

Excellent writing, thoughtful communication, and collaboration skills.

Strong project management skills, ability to prioritize tasks and own projects from inception to completion.

Comfort in juggling multiple simultaneous projects in a fast-paced environment with ever-shifting priorities and deadlines.

Entrepreneurial mindset: more with less, multiple hats, working vertically, adapts and operates in changing environment, navigation skills.

Team player/collaborator; problem solving orientation, holds self and others accountable, team first mindset.

Competency in developing effective big picture ideas, thinking through the tactics to strategically execute them, and the willingness to identify areas of improvement for future projects.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
