Maintain an active role on the PH and Retina Leadership Teams while providing day-to-day counsel to the U.S. President of PH and Retina.This role manages the following direct reports: the Senior Manager, Product Communications for PH, Senior Manager, Product Communications for Retina, and a full-time consultant.RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop and implement comprehensive communication strategies to support the US Pulmonary Hypertension and Retina business units.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative and impactful communication campaigns.Develop and nurture connections with important individuals and groups, both within the organization and beyond, such as different teams, external collaborators, and media platforms.Drive flawless execution of communication plans to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment.Monitor and analyze communication efforts to measure effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.Stay informed about current industry trends and effective communication strategies to consistently improve communication strategies.Lead crisis communication efforts, providing timely and accurate information during challenging situations.Oversee budgets and resources to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of communication initiatives.Lead, develop and inspire direct reportsDisclaimer:

Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/ performance year.
