We are seeking a talented Technical Artist who excels in both artistic and technical domains to join our dynamic team. As a Technical Artist at N3twork, you will be responsible for implementing art and visual features inside Unity, collaborating closely with Art, Design, and Engineering teams to meet visual and technical targets. You will prototype and develop visuals, optimize assets for performance, and create tools and pipelines to enhance the art production process. Your strong problem-solving skills and innovative mindset will be crucial in overcoming artistic and technical challenges.

Own and execute the implementation of art and visual features inside Unity.Develop new features and implement UI and visual effects.Optimize UI and visuals for high performance and quality, especially for WebGL on mobile devices.Develop and maintain tools and pipelines for the art production process.Provide technical solutions to artistic challenges.Required Skills:

Proficiency in C# to write scripts for interactive UI elements, handle events, and integrate UI with game logic.Deep understanding of Unity’s UI system, including the Canvas, RectTransform, anchors, and pivot points.Experience with various UI components such as buttons, text, images, sliders, scroll views, layout groups etc.Understand techniques to optimize UI performance, including batching, reducing draw calls, and managing memory usage.Proficiency with Unity’s profiling tools to diagnose and solve performance issues. Skills in debugging and resolving technical issues related to art assets.Ability to implement UI that works seamlessly across different screen sizes and resolutions.Proficiency in using version control systems (like Git) to manage and collaborate on assets and scripts.Ability to document systems, workflows, and code for maintainability and knowledge sharing.Nice to Have:

Experience with developing editor tools and working with DLC systems for live products.Experience with Mobile game development.Experience with developing custom shaders using HLSL/ShaderLab or Shader Graph.Experience with 2D animation and 2D rigging pipelines.Additional Relevant Qualities:
