We are looking for a talented and passionate Product/UI Designer to join our team as the first dedicated Product Designer. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to shape the user experience and interface design of our cutting-edge AI platform. You will work closely with our product, engineering, and marketing teams to create intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly interfaces that enhance our product's usability and overall user experience.
Have you got the right qualifications and skills for this job Find out below, and hit apply to be considered.Responsibilities:Shape Our Design Vision: Lead the design strategy, making our products delightful and user-centric and intuitive.Collaborate and Innovate: Work closely with product managers and engineers to bring user needs to life.User Insight Guru: Conduct user interviews and gather feedback to continuously improve our product.End-to-End Design: Own the design process from concept to final execution.Team mentorship and Growth: Own the entire exercise of building and growing a world-class Product Design team.Streamline Processes: Identify and address inefficiencies to enhance our product development.Requirements:Experience: Proven experience of 4-7 years of work experience as a Product Designer with a strong portfolio featuring examples of interaction design and visual design skills. Experience with B2B enterprise products is a plus. Hands-on rapid prototyping and dynamic UI/UX design for web and mobile applications is a bare minimum for this role.Skills: Expertise in either Figma, Sketch, Adobe, Illustrator or any other design tools necessary for creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.Tech Savvy: You enjoy learning continuously and can absorb complex domain-related concepts quickly and effectively. Knowledge of the latest UI/UX trends, particularly in AI and business intelligence platforms.Problem Solver: Strong critical thinking skills to deconstruct and solve complex issues.Ownership: Proven ability to take end-to-end ownership and drive projects.Social Presence: Having a strong community presence and contribution is a plus.Benefits:Hybrid Work Schedule: Hybrid.
