Job SummaryMnemonic is Comcast’s full-service creative agency. By providing creative solutions that produce engagement between our clients and their audiences, we drive business for our clients. We combine our award-winning creative work with the robust suite of sales solutions offered by Effectv, the advertising sales division of Comcast Cable. Effectv serves 90+ of the nation's 210 designated market areas-including eight of the top 10 television markets.

The candidate will contribute to and influence the strategic decisions of senior leadership. They will help plan and implement the tactical elements while ensuring a cohesive direction is maintained across Mnemonic. Serves as liaison between Region, Division and Corporate Sales Leaders to ensure that each group is informed of recent developments and plans.

Leads the multi-region and national efforts of our Mnemonic Creative Agency in support of advertising sales teams of Effectv. Strong team leader that will support, coach and aid in developing Mnemonic team talent and skills. They will coach and manage both direct and indirect creative professionals in the implementation of directives with the goal of increasing customer satisfaction, diversity and equity, and streamlining systems for greater efficiency. Responsible for developing and implementing Mnemonic team continuity and consistency in skills, talent, best practices, and operating principles. The ideal candidate is an innovator and creative problem-solver coupled with a system mindset for operational excellence and organizational scale. This role requires equal parts creative vision, presentation and sales skills, project management and a strong desire for continued learning, to be a successful member of this creative agency.

Job DescriptionCore ResponsibilitiesDirects the creative teams and ensures that revenue goals are met.

Ensures the competence and continuity of qualified Mnemonic staff through optimum selection, training and development, appraisal and motivation techniques. Coordinates the recruiting, hiring and evaluating of Mnemonic staff to ensure that the appropriate level of support is available and maintained.

Responsible for directing the overall 360 creative efforts in a multi-system environment as it relates to the deployment of client focused advertising, brand strategy and creative services.

Serves as the department liaison and is the lead consultant to Sales Development leadership.

Participates in strategic plan development and building of alliances with industry partners, networks etc. as needed to achieve growth objectives.

Fosters an environment of teamwork, collaboration and creative growth within the Mnemonic team.

Works to engage collaborators in both the development and launch of creative execution.

Possesses the ability to understand financial metrics and apply them towards creative and branding plans for budget and margin assurance purposes. Communicates learning/recommendations and acquires consensus from Mnemonic and senior leaders.

Ensures the team is maintaining and improving ongoing creative programs, analyses and reports.

Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.

Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as needed.
