San Francisco, CA or Charlotte, NC or AZAs a CyberSecurity Metrics Designer, you will:Responsibilities
Design and consult on cybersecurity metricsProvide metrics subject matter expert guidance across the metrics lifecycle to help cybersecurity domain metrics owners and stakeholdersIdentify key risk and performance indicators among cybersecurity metrics and work with cybersecurity domain to implementBuild relationships with cybersecurity domain stakeholders and act as a main point of contact for metricsPerform verification and validation on cybersecurity metricsEnsure the metrics are the right metrics and meet quality standardsEnsure the metrics descriptions, calculations, and data are accurateVerify that metrics data collection controls are in place and the data source maintains its integrityFacilitate cybersecurity metrics approvals and implement changes using the organization's governance and review processWork with cybersecurity metrics owners to analyze and understand metrics resultsQualifications Must have:5+ years working with metrics, including designing metrics and reviewing metrics for quality2+ years working in roles with most of the work related to information security3+ years' experience working mostly independently to build and manage relationships with multiple stakeholders at various levels (e.g., management, analyst, cross–functional partner)Strong communication skills and the ability to adjust messaging for various audiences, including executive communicationAttention to detail in written communications and deliverablesAbility to work in a fast–moving and changing environmentCapability to learn new information quickly – especially related to cybersecurity and metricsNice to have:3–5+ years working in roles with most of the work related to information securityExperience presenting metrics to leadersExperience creating metrics dashboards and reportsExperience documenting repeatable processes and proceduresExperience working in an Agile environmentQualified candidates should apply now for immediate consideration!
