You will also have access to our comprehensive benefits and competitive pay in addition to growth opportunities and excellent retirement options.Job Summary:The Audiovisual Subject Matter Expert (AV SME) provides comprehensive audiovisual (AV) system engineering services to support all aspects of AV operations within the United States Indo-Pacific Command. This role requires an in-depth understanding of AV equipment, system standards, components, configurations, and setup procedures. The expert acts as the first-line troubleshooter for hardware and software configurations of AV control systems and end devices such as DVDs, VCRs, audio systems, video display units, projectors, and room AV control systems.ResponsibilitiesJob Responsibilities:Key responsibilities include designing, deploying, managing, and sustaining USINDOPACOM’s AV systems to ensure that conference rooms, offices, and desktop Video Teleconferencing (VTC) systems are operational and meet mission requirements. The AV SME provides Tier 1 troubleshooting and maintenance for all USINDOPACOM AV and VTC systems and infrastructure, working closely with Video Teleconference personnel to establish connectivity and verify equipment functionality.Additionally, the expert monitors the trouble ticketing system, responding to all assigned AV and VTC service requests and new projects, and ensures AV systems comply with Information Assurance and security standards. They conduct quarterly audits of AV and VTC equipment, maintain inventory, and manage AV for Continuity of Operations (COOP) services.This role also involves planning and executing IT projects using established Project Management principles, developing project plans, and performing risk assessment throughout the project lifecycle. The AV SME attends Configuration Control Board meetings, providing expertise on USINDOPACOM projects, and delivers a Monthly Status Report to the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR)-appointed Technical Assistant (TA), documenting accomplishments, issues, and future tasks.QualificationsMinimum Qualifications:Minimum High School Diploma/GED.Minimum three (3) years of experience in AV and VTC systems and operations.IAW DoDM 8410.03, must meet intermediate proficiency level.Must possess

ONE

of the following 8570 IAT-I certifications: CompTIA A+ CE, Cisco CCNA-Security, CND (Computer Network Defense), CompTIA Network+ CE

or

SSCP (Systems Security Certified Practitioner).Experience using Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, and Outlook).AV Control System programming and installation experience (i.e. AMX, Crestron, Extron, etc.).Must be a Certified Technology Specialist (CTS).Desired Qualifications:AV manufacturer certification desired if Contractor attended manufacturer training.Experience with Microsoft Office Visio and/or AutoCAD is preferred.Posted Salary Range125000 to 139000Benefits InformationRegular - The company offers a comprehensive benefits program, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) and a range of other voluntary benefits.
