Within our prime territory,there are ample opportunities for career growth.Responsibilities:Develop and execute sales strategies to promote private duty home care services in Northern Marion County, Carmel, Zionsville, Lebanon, and Northern Hendricks County.Identify and engage potential clients, healthcare professionals, and referral sources, including individuals and families.Conduct sales presentations, explaining the benefits of our services and addressing client needs.Build strong relationships with referral sources like hospitals, clinics, and senior living communities.Represent Senior Helpers at community events and professional organizations, shaping a positive company image.Enter sales activities in our WellSky software, track sales metrics, and report progress to management.Qualifications:
Proven experience in healthcare, senior care, or related industry sales (minimum two years).Excellent communication and people skills.Understanding of private duty home care services.Initiative-taking and results oriented.Proficient with MS Office and social mediaValid driver's license and reliable transportationCompensation:
