Job Description

Role: Associate Manager, Paid Search Marketing Location: Hybrid in Austin, Chicago or Nashville (in office a couple of days a week)

This is an experienced marketing professional who will help drive the execution of the paid search campaigns on a global scale. This seasoned Paid Search Strategist will report to the Senior Paid Search Manager and should be able to pick up any platform in our collection, dig into our vast data to prioritize the most scalable opportunities, and design and deploy campaigns that generate results in an already thriving channel with unbelievable lead growth potential.

Oversees and manage the full global paid search while providing strategic insights to develop long and short-term execution plans to drive lead generation

Build campaigns from the ground up, including keyword research, competitive analysis, ad copy generation and landing page creation.

Own landing page optimization and launch ongoing A/B testing for paid search landing pages using Google draft and experiments and Adobe Target

Manage monthly/weekly/daily forecasting and reporting or traffic, spend, ROI, conversion rates, and other performance KPIs

Contribute to forecasts, budgets, and reports to gather learnings and trends from campaigns and initiatives across channels

Comfortable with building performance decks and presenting quarterly business reviews with key stakeholders

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree required. The ideal candidates will have a BA in Marketing, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related discipline

3-5 years of experience in SEM/PPC or a related position managing performance marketing campaigns

Experience working with large keyword volume portfolios across multiple markets is preferred

The ability to analyze vast datasets to gain insights and make confident implementations

B2B/Lead Generation is preferred with in-depth understanding of online marketing metrics (CPA, CPM, CPC, CPL, MQL, SQL, pipeline)

Agile and experimental, bringing new ideas and moving fast to hit budget targets and goals

Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work effectively with marketers, product managers, and designers

Experience with bid automation tools such as Google Ads, Adobe AMO, SA 360

Excellent in advanced Excel managing large sets of data. You should know how to build a pivot table, IF statements, and vlookup

US: Hiring Range: from $79,000 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
