Calm's B2B team is committed to expanding access to mental health resources by building products for enterprises and the healthcare industry that drive positive health and business outcomes. We are hiring remote workers for this role in the San Francisco Bay Area, Los Angeles, or NYC areas. At this time, only candidates in these locations will be considered.

What You'll Do

We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager who is passionate about the intersection of tech and mental health to join the Calm B2B marketing team. In this highly dynamic role, you will support the development of the team's strategy, lead the tactical components of product marketing engagements, and will have the opportunity to be involved in a variety of initiatives. You will be responsible for achieving team OKRs and work closely with cross-functional teams including product, sales, customer success, data science and legal.Work cross-functionally and collaboratively on GTM strategy creation and execution, marketing assets, and product launch activitiesCreate and iterate on effective and strategic sales collateral and other marketing materials to equip the sales team with the necessary resources to effectively sellAct as the voice of the buyer and support the creation and implementation of the overarching Calm Health positioning and messaging strategyConduct competitor and market research and become an expert in the market to inform product strategy and messaging and positioningEngage in the development and implementation of our GTM strategy for new B2B product offerings and featuresLead and execute on select GTM launches from start to finish with minimal supportDevelop key systems and processes for working cross-functionally to ensure efficiency and organization in an ever-changing and fast-paced environmentWho You Are

Experience driving new business or tailoring campaigns to grow/win opportunities within unique customer segmentsExperience in marketing towards human resources and benefit administrators within the health tech spaceBalancing multiple projects is key. At any given time, you will be multi-tasking across several projects. The ability to do so excites and energizes youCustomer-centric, empathetic and creative. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience2 years B2B product marketing experienceThe anticipated salary range for this position is $120,500 - $168,700. The base salary range represents the low and high end of Calm's salary range for this position. Not all candidates will be eligible for the upper end of the salary range. Exact salary will ultimately depend on multiple factors, which may include the successful candidates skills, experience and other qualifications. This role is also eligible for equity + comprehensive benefits + 401k + flexible time off.
