Overview

Join our dynamic marketing and communications (MarCom) team at Enhabit Home Health & Hospice as a Marketing Coordinator. In this pivotal role, you will support initiatives that drive brand awareness, establish brand loyalty, and foster business growth through effective marketing strategies. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will assist the MarCom department by managing various aspects of our marketing initiatives and ensure consistent representation of our brand in all markets and across all channels.

This position is located at 6688 N. Central Expressway, Dallas, TX 75206.

Once fully trained, this position will be eligible to work remotely 2-3 days per week.

Responsibilities

Inbox and Inquiry Management:

Maintain the marketing general inbox, process requests, and communicate order status. Monitor and respond to online patient and public inquiries using Homecare Homebase (HCHB).Patient Lead Coordination:

Handle initial intake communications for online patient leads and coordinate with home health and hospice contacts as appropriate.Brand and Advertising Management:

Manage advertising and logo requests to maintain brand integrity. Work with senior leadership to ensure proper approval processes are followed.Vendor and Order Coordination:

Approve and submit orders, manage customer service issues, and coordinate with vendors for print and promotional materials.Creative Collaboration:

Assist in creating and implementing marketing materials aligned with Enhabit's initiatives. Take part in brainstorming sessions and ensure materials meet brand standards.Campaign Support:

Assist with the development, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns, ensuring that messaging resonates with our target audiences and supports our business objectives.Organizational and Administrative Support:

Handle administrative duties related to marketing, such as maintaining an organized digital file system for all projects, coordinating meetings and identify opportunities for process improvements.Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.2-3 years of related work experience.Demonstrated experience in project coordination and the ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.Exceptional communication skills, proactive and detail-oriented with outstanding organization skills.Team player with a collaborative approach to work.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic Adobe Creative Suite skills. Advanced proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite is a bonus.Previous experience in health care, home health, or hospice is preferred.Additional Information
