Director of Marketing

The Director of Marketing will shape and execute the marketing strategy to drive growth, brand recognition, and market for Signature Solar. This role will oversee all aspects of marketing, including e-commerce, sales, procurement strategies, event management, and public relations . The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns, managing a team, and driving cross-functional collaboration.

This position would be hyrbid with the home location in Sulphur Springs, TX.

A successful candidate must be able to:

Develop and implement effective e-commerce strategies and tactics specific to each market and property’s needs and target audience.Collaborate with the web development team to enhance website functionality, user experience, and conversion rates.Oversee site design and development to ensure a seamless and engaging user experience.Conduct research on effective website layouts and features, advise on evidence-based and experimental changes to our platforms, and monitor the effectiveness of strategies by inspecting standardized metrics.Analyzing traffic to inform website maintenance and the effectiveness of marketing strategiesManage the integration of new e-commerce technologies and platforms to enhance online shopping experiences.Implement digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media, to drive online traffic and sales.Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and enhance customer loyalty.Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to inform strategic planning and decision-making.Create marketing materials and sales tools to support the sales team in achieving their targets.Work closely with the procurement team to ensure the marketing department has the necessary materials and resources.Guide strategy, budget and execution of all brand events, ensuring appropriate goals are established and met.Ensure seamless execution of events, including logistics, promotion, and post-event analysis.Oversee all public relations activities to enhance the company’s public image and reputation.Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets, industry influencers, and key stakeholders.Coordinate press releases, media pitches, and speaking engagements to promote Signature Solar’s products, services, and achievements.Determine performance metrics, monitor and analyze ROI of efforts and adjust strategy where needed to maximize results.Prepare and present detailed reports on marketing performance, ROI, and key metrics to senior management.Collaborate with senior leadership to align marketing initiatives with business goals and objectives.Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and partnerships.Build, lead, and mentor a marketing team.Set clear performance goals and provide regular feedback to team members.All other duties assigned.A successful candidate will demonstrate:

Minimum of 8+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong background in PR, e-commerce, sales, and event management.Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and brand development.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).Physical Requirements:
