Wage: $45,000 - $60,000/year

Salary to be determined by multiple factors including but not limited to evaluation of the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant along with internal equity and alignment with market data

Deseret Book Company is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator who will play a crucial role in executing marketing efforts for Deseret Book Company digital platforms including DeseretBook.com, Deseret Bookshelf, and Deseret Video.

Successful candidates will have the ability to execute strategic plans, collaborate effectively, and provide and receive focused feedback. This position is part of our fast-paced, friendly, creative, and inspiring marketing team.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

20% Digital VMP Creation and Management

Work across teams to determine product presentation on DeseretBook.com, apps, and other digital platforms. Track and report on efficacy of VMP efforts, as well as optimizing future VMP based on results.

30% Marketing Retention Efforts

Responsible for managing marketing retention campaigns for subscriptions and reporting on results.

30% Campaign Coordination and Marketing Execution

Build out campaigns following provided strategy and structure. Need to be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously and be responsible for marketing assets from several campaigns.

20% Administrative Support

Maintain marketing databases and manage project timelines. Assist with tracking and invoicing.

REQUIRED SKILLSBachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related fieldA minimum of 1-3 years work experience in a marketing positionProven understanding of marketing principlesProven ability to understand and respond dynamically to customer needsStrong communication skillsHighly organized and detail-orientedProficient with technology: Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Familiar with Adobe Suite: (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)Self-motivated and great self-managerGreat team player and works well in a collaborative environmentMust be current on market trends and customer needs in conjunction with company mission, brand, and audienceEmail marketing skills a plusBENEFITS
