Join our Product & Customer Marketing Growth (PCM) team as a Customer Marketing Manager, and drive our customer growth. The PCM Growth Team encompasses both Customer Growth Marketing across the system with Product Marketing (PMM) for the Growth & Cash-In Pillar. Our efforts and responsibilities are owning all marketing communications (email, in-product, push notifications, SMS) as soon as our customers have access to our products. We partner cross-functionally with the revenue organization, growth marketing, product marketing, and product management in particular to drive an excellent customer journey.

Our unified functional efforts are designed to drive revenue growth and increase customer LTV through adoption of the full suite of BILL products (including our payments hierarchy, lending, upsell and cross-sell).

The Customer Marketing Manager will own our cross-sell motion (Spend & Expense to Accounts Payable, Spend & Expense to Accounts Payable and partnering on the Spend & Expense cross-sell to Basic receivables), introduce and drive the adoption of our new Spend and Expense payments products and support our overall Accounts Payable customer communications. At BILL, we started as an AP SaaS company but have grown in the Fintech space with our payments products and expanded beyond this into Spend & Expense and Accounts Receivable. With our portfolio growth and complexity our ability to engage our customers and to drive our full portfolio of products is paramount to our continued growth.

Responsibilities / Day in the lifeManage our marketing efforts on X-sell, including identifying opportunities, coordinating with cross-functional partners and launching campaigns in conjunction with Sales, Product and Marketing partners.Drive the customer marketing strategy behind our Spend & Expense payments products including our AP Card, Secured Card Lite & Card on File (includes GTM launch comms, overall comms strategy, ongoing adoption efforts, etc.)Attend meetings with cross-functional stakeholders for ownership areas [S&E, X-sell with Sales, X-sell efforts in Product, AP]Attend functional meetings for customer marketing [internal team and cross-functional] including team meetings, syncs with sales/revenue, customer success, product marketing, product management, growth marketing, etc.Analyze business opportunities together with marketing analytics - areas with existing efforts and potentially new opportunity areas to drive further customer growthShare out wins/losses of existing efforts to drive growth of the x-sell businessGather customer feedback from cross-functional partners and direct from customers to inform our future efforts (customer first!)We'd love to chat if you have:

5+ years of growth or customer marketing experience, with B2B, fintech, and experience at a product-led growth company preferredExperience working cross-functionally managing cross-functional stakeholdersCapable project manager experienced in working with large cross-functional teams to successfully launch marketing initiatives from start to finishStrong experience with A/B testing and channel optimizationStrong analytical mindset that can distill actionable insights and transform them into impactful initiativesThrive in a fast-paced environment that requires managing multiple, simultaneous projects and comfortable working with ambiguityThe estimated salary range for this role is noted below for our San Jose based role. Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed above. The role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, flexible spending & health savings account, paid holidays, paid time off, and other company benefits.

$117,400-$146,000 USD
