THE ROLE

As the Search Audience Senior Manager, you are responsible for accelerating search traffic growth for the Luxury Division as part of the Demand Generation Team. You will work with other members of the Demand Generation Team to improve Luxury Division search rankings for key words aligned with the luxury objects we sell and drive new qualified buyers and sellers. You will also work cross functionally with the Content Marketing Team and Growth Marketing Team to align on marketing priorities and how to leverage organic traffic to improve paid conversion. You will also partner with Luxury Division Category Specialists to provide data insights and analytics on rankings update for each category.

RESPONSIBILITIESBuild and refine Luxury Division key word position tracking including jewelry, watches, fashion, wine & spirits, sports, books and science & pop culture in SEMrushProvide luxury departments insights on luxury content performance based on dashboards you build and maintain in Adobe AnalyticsBuild out strategic plan to improve search rankings for the Luxury Division by categoryBuild and refine category dashboards for search ranking performance to share with category leadersPresent monthly performance updates and strategic priorities to SVP Demand GenerationGrow organic traffic to luxury division landing pages via optimized SEO content with focused key word targeting aligned to Luxury division categoriesCreate, update and optimize evergreen SEO content leveraging AI tools and existing published contentCompetitive analysis of other leading brands and sites that sell the same or similar products as Sotheby's luxury divisionsPartner with content marketing team on luxury division sale related content needsManage junior audience growth associateYou'll sweep us off our feet if:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, MarketingExperience at a luxury brand or marketplaceExpert at SEO tools like SEMRushProven track record writing SEO optimized contentStrong knowledge of content management platformsStrong organizational skills, a strong sense of ownership and accountability, and the ability to lead projects, communicate effectively, and be a self-starter

The proposed base salary for this position ranges from $100,000-$120,000. In addition to base salary successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus, as well as a competitive benefits package. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered.
