JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARYThe Director of eCommerce and Digital Marketing is responsible for the day-to-day, hands-on management and execution of eCommerce marketing tactics, strategies, and promotions for a Greystar.com and support the Greystar network of properties. The Director will lead eCommerce activities and digital marketing strategies, working closely with internal marketing teams and partnering on various campaigns and digital marketing efforts. This position reports to the Managing Director, Digital - Network.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Essential Responsibilities:Serve as eCommerce and digital marketing lead and execute digital strategy for Greystar.com and other consolidates digital assets.Deliver on performance and revenue goals, identifying new opportunities to for growth.Manage relationships with brand-level eCommerce personnel, digital marketing agencies, third party software partnerships and marketing partners across the organization.Drive digital marketing strategies including search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), and social presence (social reputation and social media) for a defined portfolio.Analyze and report weekly and monthly digital web performance data to stakeholders.Oversee and direct content generation tactics, distribution and archiving including photography, video, and content.Assist in the digital project life cycle through gathering, design, development, testing and launch.Maintain clear lines of communication with property leaders, internet marketing vendors, ownership representatives, brand and Revenue Management team members.Provide eCommerce and digital marketing communication, education, and training.Perform other duties as requested by management.Other Responsibilities:

Complete various human resources, financial, administrative, and other reports and analysis, and performs other duties as assigned or as necessary.Flexibility to engage across dynamically changing project responsibilities, similar to a start-up environment.#LI-RF1

Additional Compensation :
