We are looking for a Senior Designer to join the team at Delta Dental of Wisconsin. The Senior Designer will bring a unique set of critical thinking skills to creatively solve design requests through a variety of mediums to achieve corporate objectives. This position must be able to manage their own projects in a timely manner, work with internal and external partners, and be able to present their work to stakeholders and explain their design thinking.

This hybrid position is located at our headquarters in Stevens Point, WI.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Lead large projects; complete design and/or coordinate design (in-house and with outside vendors) for key DDWI creative initiates such as marketing collateral, forms, advertising, tradeshow materials, direct mail, package design, video, email marketing, power point presentations, and digital experiencesBlend strategy with data-driven design and craft innovative solutions to solve complex business needs that drive our business goals forwardWork within an established brand identity/style guide and integrate visual consistency across all mediums to establish credibility and increase brand awarenessWork collaboratively with the Director, Brand & Product Strategy and the Marketing Team to develop designs (print and digital) that help support our overall marketing strategiesWork closely with the Communications team to develop and provide creative direction on internal and external communication materials that ultimately meet the goals and objectives of the projectWork independently or collaboratively with cross-functional teams to help support business needs and ensure a consistent brand perception and positive user experienceMentor, train, and/or provide oversight on technical aspects of junior team members’ workManage the video strategy development and implementationFilm and edit video and audio productionManage the DDPA Graphic Audit submission on a yearly basisMaintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and appropriate technologyWork closely with the Director, Brand & Product Strategy to build and manage long-term plans and develop/adhere to specified budgetsAt Delta Dental, in order to attract and retain great employees, we offer a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees and their families.
