Aquent Studio’s has an opening for a traffic manager to support our client’s Industries Creative team — a talented, collaborative person who can not only coordinate and manage the standard workflow of our creative team, but also support initiatives like quarterly planning, our production studio, and stretch projects all with an eye for business strategy.

All candidates should make sure to read the following job description and information carefully before applying.You must be able to:Work independently and alongside our program management and creative teams. Partner closely with creative, program management, and marketing leadership to ensure the most effective workflows.Flex across subject matter, understanding the needs of the industries that we support, thinking beyond what it means to manage creative traffic, and working alongside creatives in their day-to-day role.Use Google Workspace, Asana, and Salesforce tools to collaborate and execute work remotely, comfortably communicate via text-based and video chatsUnderstand the businesses, industries, and product needs of our target audience.Be in perpetual state of learning, always trying to understand the landscape of our marketing initiatives and creative needs, constantly iterating on process to exceed the needs of the teams supported and the business.Bring an attitude of humility, integrity, and fun to your work and leadership.Remain positive and be decisive with a bias toward action during times of ambiguity, take initiative to move forward, and seek the required project information.Participate effectively in all necessary internal and external meetings — planning, briefings, status, brainstorming sessions, and presentations as needed.Prioritize ruthlessly and juggle multiple tasks concurrently.Communicate effectively with creatives, marketers, agencies and the like, ensuring strong working relationships between them and filling in gaps.Provide a point of view and express it well.Demonstrate a willingness to ask questions and push for clarity when needed.Maintain strong, trusted relationships with all members of the Creative team, as well as members of the Product Marketing, Campaigns, and Content teams.Manage all information and updates from start to finish.Accept and effectively manage partner and peer feedback into work, aiding the revision process as needed.Be able to defend good process and decisions.Work quickly and effectively under tight deadlines.Specific Knowledge/Skills:Prior Experience:

Minimum of 5+ years creative traffic management or project management experience in an agency or in-house setting. We welcome individuals from non-traditional educational backgrounds who are able to set themselves up as holistic project managers interested in handling creative processes from start to finish.Project Management:

Proficiency in managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to coordinate effectively with creative teams, clients, and other stakeholders. Ability to present as needed. Ability to interpret creative direction and marketing inputs.Time Management:

Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently to keep projects on track.Creative Process Understanding:

Deep knowledge of the creative development process, including concept development, design, copywriting, and production. Experience with corporate marketing and branding.Digital Tools Proficiency:

Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Trello, Asana, Monday.com) and creative software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).Problem-Solving:

Ability to quickly identify and resolve issues that may arise during the project lifecycle. Comfort with ambiguity and change.Attention to Detail:

Keen eye for detail to ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.Client Relations:

Skills in managing client expectations and maintaining strong client relationships through effective communication and service.Analytical Skills:

Ability to analyze project performance data to improve processes and outcomes.Team Collaboration:
