In this role, you will be responsible for mentoring and guiding individuals in the field of Graphic Design gig work. You will share your expertise and industry insights to help our community members enhance their skills, attract clients, and elevate their freelance careers. Your guidance and mentorship will contribute to the growth and success of our community, as well as the achievement of our members' financial goals.

ResponsibilitiesMentor and provide personalized guidance to individuals looking to excel in Graphic Design gig work.Offer industry insights and best practices to help community members enhance their skills and stand out in a competitive market.Assist in developing resources, tutorials, and workshops that provide valuable information and support to our community.Provide constructive feedback on portfolio reviews and help community members improve their design work.Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technological advancements relevant to Graphic Design gig work.Connect individuals with potential clients or job opportunities within the gig economy.Collaborate with other Gig Work Mentors to create a thriving and supportive community for gig workers.

RequirementsProven experience as a Graphic Designer in the gig economy, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.Deep understanding of Graphic Design principles and proficiency in design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide constructive feedback and guidance.Passion for helping others succeed and the ability to inspire and motivate individuals.Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple mentorship relationships.Flexible and adaptable to accommodate the varying needs and preferences of mentees.Experience in teaching, coaching, or mentoring is preferred, but not required.
