This role involves working on projects such as creating next-generation canvas interactions like shortcuts and drag & drop, developing collaboration features like multi-player editing and commenting, and updating the editor with new components, dynamic data, and a slide-out cart. Beyond these editor-specific tasks, you'll collaborate with the overall design team on revamping our information architecture and managing our design system.Day-to-day, you'll participate in project planning, conduct user research, and engage in hands-on design work. You'll also contribute to design-specific projects and play a crucial role in establishing and nurturing the design culture at Replo. If you're passionate about creating intuitive and collaborative design solutions, we'd love to hear from you!Your responsibilitiesLead design initiatives for our core product, the Replo editorCreate, collaborate, and iterate on user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designsConduct user interviews with designers and marketing teams across hundreds of D2C brands and cutting-edge e-commerce agenciesHelp shape Replo’s design practices and design voice as we continue to scaleHold a strong design perspective and deep care for our product - and use that to speak out when you see something that you don’t agree withHopefully have fun working with usLooking for someone who:Bachelor’s Degree3+ years of design experience ideally with 2+ years working on web-based productsHas strong visual taste and styleIs comfortable managing multiple UX projects at onceCan collaborate and communicate effectively with our team and our customersIs an expert in using Figma and has a passion for design tools and what they can unlockIs a scrappy self-starter, and can own the E2E design process without the support of a large orgIs self-motivated and can roll with the punches in a fast-paced environment where priorities and requirements may change frequentlyIs 100% product and customer-obsessed (and can show it!)Bonus points if you:Know a bit about code and have experience working with engineersHave a background using great no-code tools like Webflow, Squarespace, etcHave worked at an early-stage (seed/Series A) company beforeAre comfortable (and enjoy) working somewhere where things may change dailyThe salary range for this position is $120,000.00 to $160,000.00. The salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. In addition to the salary, a performance bonus and long-term incentives may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
