40 hours per week (any US time zone is ok!)This is a fast-moving team. Expect the projects you work on to include rapid iteration, brief timelines, and urgency. This role requires strong foundational knowledge of the crypto space and the drive to keep building expertise. Here's what to expect:Partner with design, product, and research to build delightful user experiencesEngage throughout the product development process to improve the overall experience and ensure consistencyCreate and advocate for approachable, simple language that best communicates our mission externallyBalance customer experience and business impact with speed and qualityIncorporate user research into content decisions for product experiencesPresent your work to cross-functional teams in product reviews and provide feedback during weekly critsRequirements:4+ years UX writing or content design experiencePortfolio or work samples highlighting UX writing and content design for products.Eagerness to shape product direction from ideation to post-launch, including contributing to design and researchExperience conducting content and comparative auditsAbility to translate technical concepts into concise, easy-to-understand languageAbility to adapt quickly and work independently in a fast-paced environment with shifting constraintsFamiliarity working with compliance and legal teams during the content development and approval processPreferred:Solid subject expertise and deep interest in cryptocurrencies, blockchain, dapps, web3, and market makers. Plus, the ability to master new crypto subjects quickly.Previous Fintech experienceThe target hiring compensation range for this role is $60.00 to $75.00 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
