CENTURION principals invest personal capital in each of the company's deals, ensuring total alignment with our investors under the highest transparency protocols.Role DescriptionCenturion Property Group, LLC, is seeking a candidate who will work hand in hand with the operations team and be responsible for all the marketing aspects of a real estate operation in student housing. Some of these responsibilities include email campaigns, graphic design, digital advertising, event planning, etc. Marketing is an important factor for a successful real estate operation, and it's important to be passionate and goal driven.This position will be full-time, in-office at our Aventura, Florida location.Key ResponsibilitiesParticipate in weekly property calls to provide ideas and input on new marketing campaigns (both online and offline) aimed at boosting property performance.Manage routine email blasts to subscribers, including updates, promotions, and other relevant information.Write, edit, and coordinate the distribution of press releases.Monitor online property reviews, respond to negative feedback, and coordinate follow-up actions with the property.Collaborate with the property management team on a weekly basis to discuss and implement marketing plans.Track and manage the marketing budget for each property, ensuring expenses stay within the allocated budget.Coordinate and approve images for social media, newsletters, and websites (in collaboration with the website developer).Maintain the content calendar for all company social media channels and websites.Analyze the effectiveness of weekly campaigns to determine which strategies are successful and which need adjustments.Monitor the brand presence and suggest or implement updates to the marketing strategy, including changes to the website, logo, slogans, and signage.Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital ads, such as click-through rates (CTR), return on ad spend (ROAS), conversion rates, sessions, and user engagement.Communicate with the digital marketing agency on a weekly basis.Update and manage all company and property social media accounts.Update and maintain company and property websites with new content, relevant information, and graphic changes.Plan and coordinate engaging events and activities within budget, in collaboration with the on-property team.Develop strategic partnerships locally for each property.Ensure that all deadlines are met for marketing activities and initiatives.Create a monthly event calendar in conjunction with the onsite team.Be willing to take on additional marketing responsibilities as needed.Key Attributes and ExperienceMinimum of 4-year related experience.Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.Willing to travel to properties to engage with on-property teams when needed.Familiarity with email campaigns, organic media posting, Meta ads, Google ads SEO, KPI's, etc.Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Proficient in Mailchimp, Klaviyo or related email campaign software.Ability to handle multiple tasks accurately and productively during time sensitive situations.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Bilingual (English & Spanish)Job typeFull Time (Monday-Friday)Benefits12-day PTO/VACATION first yearHolidays: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve, New Years DayHealth InsuranceWork Location20801 Biscayne Blvd Suite 330, Aventura, Florida 33180
