Caring Senior Service provides compassionate and professional in-home care services to clients. We are seeking a dynamic Home Care Consultant to drive sales and strengthen our client relationships.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve growth and sales targets.Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, community organizations, and potential clients.Conduct thorough market analysis to identify new business opportunities.Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up with clients and referral sources to ensure satisfaction.Participate in community events and networking opportunities to promote services.Meet or exceed targeted weekly hours goals.Occasional after-hours or weekend availability needed.Incentives:
Starting base salary of $80,000 to $90,000, with performance-based bonuses.Pay rate increases with achievement of targeted weekly hours goals.Vehicle allowance for travel-related costs.Cell phone allowance.Paid Time Off (PTO) to support work/life balance.Qualifications:
Proven experience in healthcare sales or marketing, preferably in in-home care or related industry.Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills.Ability to develop and execute successful sales and marketing strategies.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, able to work independently.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
