Showroom Sales Consultants assist customers with design and product selection for their kitchen and/or bathroom projects. Consultants provide sales quotations to customers, and process and manage customer orders.
Primary Job ResponsibilitiesProvide friendly and helpful customer serviceUnderstand customer needs and meet their expectationsProvide the products and solutions to meet customer needsUse ProKitchen CAD program to layout projectsQuote projectsProcess customer ordersKeep showroom clean and organizedMay be required to travel to customer job sites to take field measurementsRequired Experience and Skills
Plumbing and/or kitchen cabinetry knowledgeCustomer service mindsetAbility to use computerAbility to stand on feet for majority of an 8-hour dayAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentPreferred Experience and Skills
