Join our winning team of Wave Makers and Go Getters and help us write the next chapter in the SCJ story.ABOUT THE ROLEThe Media and Integrated Marketing (MIM) Manager, Home Cleaning, serves as one of the company's media and integrated marketing experts. Reporting to the Director of Media and Integrated Marketing, the MIM Manager is responsible for the strategy, planning, implementation, and optimization of media and maximizing our partnerships with our agencies. In this role, you will work closely with the Marketing Commercialization team to lead "media to cart" communication planning, requiring a deep understanding of strategy and activation of eCommerce/retail media, social media, media partnerships, influencers, and both digital and traditional channels to build omnichannel plans. As MIM Manager, you will frequently interact with senior stakeholders, necessitating strong strategic capabilities, influencing and communication skills, and exceptional collaboration. The MIM Manager is expected to lead media agencies and build partnerships to drive Home Cleaning business growth, focusing on major areas within MIM such as media vision, strategy, planning, and execution; end-to-end media strategy across the consumer journey (including retail media); organizational governance and continuous improvement; data-driven, tech-enabled marketing effectiveness; external media partnerships; and media AOR management in partnership with the NACB MIM team and the Agency Management team. Additionally, they manage the media agency team to optimize the impact of the media budget in partnership with brand owners, driving growth in the marketplace.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDrive media innovation, through leveraging tactics that put the Home Cleaning category on the cutting-edge, driving leadership in the category and for the organization

Drive audience led strategies delivering enhanced brand performance and measured impact, across the full media to cart plan

Elevate all media across the Home Cleaning brands while driving increased impact of digital, retail media and emerging platforms, embracing a test and learn mentality

Create and manage organizational governance of media principles and best practices while upskilling the organization on capabilities for media

Ensure effectiveness of media through establishing and delivering select KPI's in partnership with the Analytics organization

Contribute to the growth of our brands by improving our marketing effectiveness

Challenge our agencies, partners, marketing, and omni-shopper teams to deliver integrated best-in class plans with the consumer at the center

Partner with brand to build briefs rooted in the consumer and human problems to solve

Identify opportunities for Joint Business Partnerships (JBPs) and strategic partnerships to help meet our effectiveness and efficiency goals (including retail-media JBPs)

With support of the agency, govern the delivery of media plans, providing overall stewardship of media investments, plans and inventory

Work with marketing to evolve our content strategies to maximize the moments of receptivity across the path to purchase, in line with the audience strategy

Ensure our content is fit-for purpose across the tactics we invest in, specifically within digital

Support the marketing team to coordinate across various agencies (PR, Influencer, Creative, etc.) and consult on integrated communication strategies

Foster an environment of media evolution, learning and improvement. Assist in media capability training/education of marketing team

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU'LL BRINGBachelor's degree with 7+ years media planning or buying experience in CPG industry OR advanced degree with 5+ years media planning or buying experience in CPG industry

Media agency experience required

Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the US.

JOB REQUIREMENTSFull-time onsite role in West Loop, Chicago

Travel up to 15% of the time

This role is eligible for domestic relocation.

Remote work is available once per week for eligible employees.
