Position Summary:
Assists the flower shop manager in the day to day operation of the flower shop.
Essential Functions:Makes floral arrangements.Assists in maintaining shop supplies inventory and equipment.Delivers or assists in flower deliveries.Assists in maintaining the positive appearance of the flower shop and in keeping it clean.
Qualification Requirements:

Education or Experience:
One or more years experience in flower shop work; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills:
Ability to read. Ability to respond to questions from the funeral home manager, customers, and the general public.
Mathematical Skills:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to deal with a variety of variables in situations where only limited standardization may exist. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Other Skills and Abilities:
Some knowledge of all aspects of the flower business, including arranging and cleanliness.
Other Requirements:
Adequate verbal and interpersonal skills.
Physical Demands:
