This position requires a local candidate.

This position is responsible for completing a variety of graphic design/video/web site duties to further credit union Marketing objectives. Oversees and provides professional graphics, images, and designs for our website, social media, brochures, print advertisements, promotional handouts, signs, direct mail pieces, newsletters, and multimedia presentations. Coordinates activities with outside printers, advertisers, and vendors to complete projects within scheduled deadlines and ensure printed materials are of the highest quality. Provides support to the Marketing team and other departments on special projects.

Create and design layouts for but not limited to the website, emails, digital ads, print ads, postcards, brochures, annual reports, signage, PowerPoint presentations, promotional materials, web banners, digital ads, and promotional videos ensuring all files meet the specifications provided.Updating content for Pioneer's website, marketing materials, and similar platforms. Serve as one of the final set of eyes on content before it goes out in the world & ensure posting in an accurate, timely manner.

Develop and maintain a comprehensive monthly social media and communications calendar to enhance Pioneer's presence and brand. Maintain the daily and weekly posting schedule and post social content to maximize engagement and drive growth across Facebook, X (Twitter), Instagram, YouTube, and other priority social channels while partnering with our team to design and produce content.

Conceptualize, shoot, and edit video content, including promotional videos and short, same-day videos for social media. Incorporate motion graphics to enhance video projects, ensuring high-quality production values align with our messaging goals. Manage the entire post-production process, including editing, color correction, audio mixing, and adding graphics or effects.

Curate a library of stock photography and teammate provided images. Assists in image retouching, color correction and manipulation. Participate in company photo and/or video shoots to create a library for use in credit union marketing materials

Provide creative input and design support for special projects, events, and campaigns as needed

Actively participate in projects and performs other job-related duties as assigned

Qualifications

Experience : Minimum three years of similar or related experience.

Education : (1) A two-year college degree, or (2) completion of a specialized certification or licensing, or (3) completion of specialized training courses conducted by vendors, or (4) job-specific skills acquired through an apprenticeship program.

Interpersonal Skills : Work involves much personal contact with others inside and/or outside the organization for the purpose of first-level conflict resolution, building relationships, and soliciting cooperation. Discussions involve a higher degree of confidentiality and discretion, requiring diplomacy and tact in communication.

Other Skills :

Excellent organizational skills: ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.In-depth knowledge of applicable software for marketing and media management.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro or other). Ability to learn other software platforms.Experience with video creation software.

Physical Requirements : This position is typical of a light-duty office position, but does also require the ability to lift, bend, and stoop, as well as move and carry up to 50 pounds while preparing for and working special events. This position also requires the ability to ascend/descend stairs with items in hand as well as loading/unloading vehicles.

Work Environment : Normal light, heat, air, and space in work environment. Can perform duties with frequent interruptions by other team members in an open work area. Must be able to be flexible in work schedule by working evenings and potentially weekends as well as traveling by car (up to 30% in the areas we serve) when necessary in order to fulfill the essential duties of the position.
