We are excited to bring a groundbreaking new product to market that will transform the way students and educators interact with digital learning tools. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Market Development Coordinator to lead the charge in introducing this product to the market.

As the Market Development Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the successful launch and market penetration of our new EdTech product. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive market adoption, generate leads, and support the sales team. Your expertise in sales and marketing, combined with your experience in bringing new products to market, will be essential in achieving our growth objectives.

Market Research Analysis: Utilize market research to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitive landscape. Analyze data to inform product positioning, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans. Create ideal customer profiles and leads lists for sales teams.

Marketing Strategy and Execution: Write and send compelling marketing emails to engage prospects and nurture leads. Plan, coordinate, and host web events, webinars, and virtual product demonstrations to showcase the product's features and benefits.

Lead Generation and Sales Support: Generate and qualify leads through various marketing activities and campaigns. Develop and maintain marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and content generation.

Analyze and validate value propositions in market and report to VP of Product Provide regular reports on key performance metrics, including lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI.

Desired Traits and Qualities

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.Proven experience in sales and marketing, with a focus on launching and selling new products.Strong understanding of market research methodologies and data analysis.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive value statements and marketing messages.Experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns, including email marketing and web events.Desired Skills and Experience

Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Experience and aptitude using online homework systems and/or other instructional technologiesExperience in a startup environmentExperience with no-code/low-code web development tools (Wix, WordPress, Squarespace)Experience planning and hosting web events and focus groupsFinancial Attributes

Base salary: $80,000 - 90,000 + Variable Comp
