Epilog Laser is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Director to lead our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies. This role requires a deep understanding of market trends, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive brand growth and awareness in both B2C and B2B competitive industries.
Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives and drives brand growth.Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, social media, and events.Design and Implement campaigns to drive lead creationAnalyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.Collaborate with the sales team and distribution to develop lead generation and customer acquisition strategies.Drive the development of engaging content, including product launches, promotional materials, and case studies.Establish and maintain relationships with key industry partners, media outlets, and influencers.Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, using data-driven insights to refine strategies.Ensure brand consistency across all marketing communications and materials.Support international marketing strategies.Other duties, as necessary.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field; Master's degree preferred.Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role, preferably in a B2C environment.Knowledge of B2B marketing environments.Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, SEM, social media, tradeshow, and content marketing.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.Experience in a mid-market technology or manufacturing company is a plus.
