Marketing Manager Job Description

Location: Remote with occasional travel to Jacksonville Reports to: Lee Utley

Type : Full-time

Position Overview:

The Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing all marketing and culture initiatives within our mortgage company, now a proud member of the builder's family. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of marketing compliance, brand management, and the specific nuances of the mortgage and builder industry. This role involves a mix of strategic planning, creative content development, and relationship management, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Relationship Management:Foster relationships with partners and loan officers.Collaborate on co-marketing initiatives with partners.Plan and manage events, tradeshows, and association partnerships.Digital Media:

Oversee social media marketing efforts.Create and manage corporate content for social media platforms.Manage the social media posting suite and ensure compliance.Support loan officers with social media content and strategy.Contribute to the content strategy for email campaigns, blogs, and newsletters.Coordinator Responsibilities:

Assist with new hire integration and onboarding.Manage social media compliance through tools like Active Comply.Maintain and manage promo item inventory.Support event portal management and culture programs for anniversaries and new hires.Brand Management:

Develop and maintain the company’s brand identity.Create and manage digital and print content.Maintain website content and ensure it aligns with marketing strategies.Develop and execute content strategies for blogs, newsletters, email campaigns, and the website.Marketing & Compliance:

Oversee marketing compliance to ensure all materials and campaigns adhere to industry regulations.Manage marketing compliance for all mortgage disclosures.Onboard new hires and integrate them into our marketing systems and processes.Maintain and manage CRM systems.Act as a secondary liaison for product marketing initiatives.Manage intranet content related to marketing and culture.Specialize in Marketing Service Agreements (MSAs) and ensure compliance.
