With a strong presence in North America, we are seeking a Director of Sales and Marketing NA to drive our dealer sales development and national account business to new heights.

Job Summary:

The Director of Sales and Marketing NA will oversee all aspects of dealer sales development, national account management, and marketing strategies within North America. This includes dealer sales budget planning and achievement, marketing, managing a regional sales force to achieve dealer development, dealer recruitment, inventory control, collections (parts and machines), forecasting, program promotion/development and communication, dealer sales planning, dealer goal setting, dealer performance evaluations, required reporting and most importantly, achieving company market share objectives. The position is also responsible for developing and overseeing the Product development within North America.

Reporting directly to the President, this role is pivotal in achieving sales targets, market share objectives, and fostering growth through effective leadership and strategic initiatives.

Essential Functions:Lead and manage dealer and national account business across North America, encompassing retail and rental markets.Direct budget planning, asset management, inventory control, audit, marketing, and collection activities to ensure financial goals are met.Develop and execute marketing strategies in alignment with company objectives, leveraging the marketing team's expertise.Collaborate closely with product development teams to drive new machine strategies and innovations tailored to the North American market.Act as a visible leader within the organization, parent company, and the community, embodying our values and fostering a culture of excellence.Perform additional duties as assigned by the President.Skills & Qualifications

Skills:

Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role within the construction equipment industry.Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.Ability to effectively collaborate with global and local stakeholders.Strong leadership capabilities, including recruitment, mentorship, and team development.Proficiency in financial and business management functions.Demonstrated ability to resolve conflicts and achieve sales goals through strategic planning and execution.Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Previous experience or strong interest in the construction equipment industry.Willingness and ability to travel as needed.Valid Driver's License required.Highly professional, driven, and goal-oriented individual capable of working independently.
